The records a California daycare needs before your child's first day
You fill these in once. When you book, the provider receives a complete file to review, in the format their license expects.

What parents ask us
What ages does EnrollPass cover?
At launch the network focuses on toddlers and preschoolers. The exact ages each program can take depend on its license and on the mix of children already in care that day, so every booking shows the ages that provider accepts.
How is drop-in care different from a babysitter?
Drop-in care through EnrollPass happens at a licensed family child care home or child care center, with the program's own staff, routines and other children, not in your home. Licensed programs are inspected by the California Department of Social Services.
What does my child need before their first drop-in day?
California licensing requires a provider to have certain records before a child is admitted, including emergency and identification information, consent for medical treatment and an immunization record. Your EnrollPass holds these so you only complete them once. See the forms explained.
Can I book care the same day?
That's the goal, where a provider has space for your child's age. Many needs, like school closure days and break weeks, are known in advance, and booking those early gives you the best choice.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. Each provider will set its own day and half-day rates. We'll share pricing with the waitlist before launch. Many families can pay for care that lets them work with a dependent care FSA; check your own plan.
Who can see my child's information?
Only you, and the providers you choose to share it with. Sharing is recorded, and you can withdraw access. We don't sell personal information.
