The records a California daycare needs before your child's first day
You fill these in once. When you book, the provider receives a complete file to review, in the format their license expects.

What you can do once your Pass is ready
Search a specific date
ZIP code, date, your child's age, full day or half day, and how far you'll travel. Results show only programs with a seat released for that age and date.
Plan a whole week
The plan builder lays out a break week day by day, for each child, shows the gaps, and books them together.
Ask the assistant
"Schools are closed Wednesday. Can both children get care near home?" It finds open seats and helps finish any missing records first.
Control every share
Approve each request to see the full Pass, set how long access lasts, see who viewed it, and revoke access from the sharing log.
Pay only when accepted
Stripe handles payment and the charge happens when the provider accepts. Cancellation terms appear before you confirm.
Keep the day straight
Each booking shows drop-off and pick-up times, the address, directions and what to bring, and exports to your calendar without health details.

What parents ask us
What ages does EnrollPass cover?
The network focuses on toddlers and preschoolers. The exact ages each program can take depend on its license and on the mix of children already in care that day, so every booking shows the ages that provider accepts.
How is drop-in care different from a babysitter?
Drop-in care through EnrollPass happens at a licensed family child care home or child care center, with the program's own staff, routines and other children, not in your home. Licensed programs are inspected by the California Department of Social Services.
What does my child need before their first drop-in day?
California licensing requires a provider to have certain records before a child is admitted, including emergency and identification information, consent for medical treatment and an immunization record. Your EnrollPass holds these so you only complete them once. See the forms explained.
Can I book care the same day?
Yes, where a provider has released a seat for your child's age on that date and accepts your request. Many needs, like school closure days and break weeks, are known in advance, and booking those early gives you the best choice.
How much does it cost?
Setting up a Pass and searching are free. Each program sets its own rate for a full day (8:00am–5:30pm), a morning (8:00am–12:30pm) or an afternoon (12:30pm–5:30pm), and you see it before you request. Payment is handled by Stripe, and you're only charged if the provider accepts. Many families can pay for care that lets them work with a dependent care FSA; check your own plan.
What if there are no providers near me?
The network is densest in Santa Clara County and growing outward. If nothing is listed in your area, the app says so and lets you recommend a daycare you'd like to see join, or ask to be told when programs near you come online.
What happens if a provider doesn't reply?
Your request shows how long the program has to respond. If it doesn't accept, the request lapses and you aren't charged. You can withdraw a request yourself at any time before it's accepted.
Who can see my child's information?
Only you, and the providers you choose to share it with. Sharing is recorded, and you can withdraw access. We don't sell personal information.
