What is EnrollPass?
EnrollPass is a parent-held child enrollment record and a network of licensed childcare providers that makes drop-in and last-minute childcare possible on the same day.
Where is EnrollPass available?
EnrollPass is preparing to launch in Santa Clara County, California, including cities such as Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View and San Jose. We'll expand to other California areas once the first network is established.
Is EnrollPass a childcare provider?
No. EnrollPass is a technology service. Care is provided by independently licensed family child care homes and child care centers.
What is a child's pass?
It's a child's record inside EnrollPass: the enrollment information licensed programs need, completed once by a parent and shared with the providers the parent chooses.
Does sharing a pass mean a provider must admit my child?
No. The provider reviews the record and decides whether it can accept the booking, based on its license, the ages of the children in care that day and its own policies.
How is my child's information protected?
Records are shared only with the providers a parent chooses, every share is logged, and access can be withdrawn. Immunization and medical information is handled as sensitive health information. We don't sell personal information.
Does EnrollPass help with licensing compliance?
EnrollPass is designed to deliver a complete record in the format California licensing expects, which makes a provider's files easier to keep complete. It does not replace a licensee's own obligations, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Will EnrollPass expand beyond California?
Yes, over time. Every state has its own child care forms and rules, so we'll add states one at a time after California.
How do I contact EnrollPass?
Email hello@enrollpass.com, or use the forms on the providers, parents or partners pages.
