Fill open seats. Get complete files. Stay open on your worst day.
EnrollPass is a network for California family child care homes and child care centers. Families arrive with their enrollment records already complete, you offer the seats you choose, and members share a pool of cleared substitutes.
Commission isn't a reason to join a network. These are.
Complete files before the door opens
Emergency information, medical consent, immunization record and signed notices, delivered in the format your license expects. You review; you decide.
Revenue from seats that sit empty
Absences, vacations and children leaving for transitional kindergarten leave gaps. Offer those seats to drop-in families, only on the days you choose.
A shared substitute pool
Cleared substitutes pre-associated with your facility, so being sick doesn't mean closing and stranding your families.
Demand you can plan for
Families book school closure days and break weeks in advance, so you can staff for them.
Overflow that flows both ways
Full with a waitlist? Refer families to nearby members, and receive referrals when you have space.
Training and purchasing together
Group rates and shared sessions for the renewals every program has to keep current.
Your license, your group, your decision
An open seat isn't always a usable seat. Capacity in a family child care home depends on the ages of the children in care that day, so you set what you offer.

A network you can trust, even with your competitors in it
EnrollPass started inside a licensed family child care home in Sunnyvale. That's exactly why neutrality is built into the rules, not just promised.

Published booking rules
How families are offered seats is written down and the same for everyone.
Your data stays yours

What providers ask us
Who can join the EnrollPass network?
Programs with a current California child care license: small and large family child care homes and child care centers. At launch we're focused on Santa Clara County.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You set which days you offer, how many seats and for which ages, and you accept or decline each booking. You remain the licensee and make every admission decision.
Does EnrollPass replace my licensing responsibilities?
No. EnrollPass assembles and delivers the records you need in the format your license expects, so the file is complete before the child arrives. Reviewing the file, admitting the child and keeping records remain your responsibility under Title 22.
How does the shared substitute pool work?
Substitutes with an active California criminal record clearance can be associated with more than one licensed facility. Each member licensee files the clearance transfer for their own facility in advance using form LIC 9182, so a substitute is already associated with your home before they're ever needed. How LIC 9182 works.
Will other providers see my enrollment or pricing?
No. Each provider's occupancy, pricing and enquiries stay private to that provider. Bookings are offered under published rules that are the same for every member.
What does it cost to join?
Pricing will be set with our founding providers before launch, and it will be the same for every member. Founding providers help shape it.
I'm not a licensed provider. Can I still take part?
The drop-in network is for licensed programs only. If you're considering getting licensed, we're happy to point you to Santa Clara County's resource and referral agency.
