A parent needs care today. A licensed daycare a mile away has an empty seat. They can't find each other, and even if they did, the paperwork would take longer than the day.
The parent
School has a staff development day, the nanny calls in sick, or preschool ends at noon and the meeting doesn't. The choices are burning a vacation day, calling in favours, or a stranger at an hourly rate.
The provider
A child is out sick, a family is on vacation, or a four-year-old has moved to transitional kindergarten. The seat is empty, the costs aren't, and admitting a new child legally needs a complete file first.

Set up your child's Pass
Emergency and identification information, medical consent, immunization record, allergies, medications and authorized pickups, all organised the way California licensing requires. The in-app assistant can fill most of it from a sibling's Pass or a photo of a document, and you sign electronically.
Search by date, age and session
Enter a ZIP code and a date. You see licensed homes and centers nearby with space for your child's age, each with its own full day, morning or afternoon sessions and day rate.
Request a seat
The program sees your child's first name, age, allergy flags and how complete the record is. If it accepts, the full Pass is shared and your card is charged. If it doesn't, you aren't charged.
Drop in
Your booking shows drop-off and pick-up times, the address and what to bring, and you can add the day to your calendar. Next time, the paperwork is already done.

What is EnrollPass?
EnrollPass is a parent-held child enrollment record and a network of licensed childcare providers that makes drop-in and last-minute childcare possible on the same day. Parents complete their child's enrollment record once and share it with any participating licensed provider in a tap. Providers get a complete file before the child arrives, and can offer open seats to drop-in families.
Is EnrollPass available now?
Yes. The parent app is live at app.enrollpass.com and the provider portal is live at expert.enrollpass.com. The network of licensed programs is being built out from Santa Clara County, California, so coverage is strongest there. If no programs are listed near you yet, the app will tell you and let you recommend a daycare in your area.
What does it cost to use EnrollPass?
Creating your child's Pass and searching for care are free. You pay the program's own rate for the session you book, and you are only charged if the provider accepts your request.
Is EnrollPass a daycare?
No. EnrollPass is a technology service. Care is provided by independently licensed family child care homes and child care centers, which decide whether to accept each booking and remain responsible for their own licensing records.
Who controls my child's information?
You do. Your child's record is held for you, and it is only released to a provider when you choose to share it. You can see who has access and withdraw it.
