Drop-in childcare, with the paperwork already done.

Two people stuck on the same Tuesday morning
A parent needs care today. A licensed daycare a mile away has an empty seat. They can't find each other, and even if they did, the paperwork would take longer than the day.
The parent
School has a staff development day, the nanny calls in sick, or preschool ends at noon and the meeting doesn't. The choices are burning a vacation day, calling in favours, or a stranger at an hourly rate.
The provider
A child is out sick, a family is on vacation, or a four-year-old has moved to transitional kindergarten. The seat is empty, the costs aren't, and admitting a new child legally needs a complete file first.
One record. Any participating daycare. The same day.
Complete your child's pass once
Emergency contacts, medical consent, immunization record, allergies and authorized pickups, organised the way California licensing requires.
Share it in a tap
Choose a licensed provider with an open seat. They receive a complete file to review before your child arrives.
Drop in
Book a single day, a school closure day or a break week. Next time, the paperwork is already done.
Most "last-minute" childcare needs are on the school calendar.
School districts publish their non-instruction days a year in advance. EnrollPass lets you book those days early, instead of scrambling the week before.
Teachers are in, children aren't. Several a year in most districts.
Early dismissal that doesn't line up with a working day.
Book day by day or the whole week.
TK follows the school day. Care for the afternoon hours is planned for launch.

Parents own the record
Your child's information is released only when you share it, only to the provider you choose, and you can withdraw access.
Licensed care only
Every program in the network holds a current California child care license. Providers decide which bookings to accept.
Fair to every provider
One fee schedule for all members, published rules for how bookings are offered, and no provider sees another's data.
The short answers
What is EnrollPass?
EnrollPass is a parent-held child enrollment record and a network of licensed childcare providers that makes drop-in and last-minute childcare possible on the same day. Parents complete their child's enrollment record once and share it with any participating licensed provider in a tap. Providers get a complete file before the child arrives, and can offer open seats to drop-in families.
Is EnrollPass available now?
Not yet. EnrollPass is preparing to launch, starting in Santa Clara County, California. Parents can join the waitlist, and licensed providers can apply to be founding members of the network.
Is EnrollPass a daycare?
No. EnrollPass is a technology service. Care is provided by independently licensed family child care homes and child care centers, which decide whether to accept each booking and remain responsible for their own licensing records.
Who controls my child's information?
You do. Your child's record is held for you, and it is only released to a provider when you choose to share it. You can see who has access and withdraw it.
Run a licensed daycare in Santa Clara County?
We're recruiting a small group of family child care homes and centers to shape the network before launch.
